About Dale

58 years old, I started Critterish Allsorts from nothing in 2010. I have gone from show and tells in peoples back gardens, to get my name out there; to becoming passionate about the healing power of animals; to unleashing that power on prisoners and mental health patients around the region. I am well known within the industry for the work I have done and have received all of my business through word of mouth. It's been a long 16 years of relentless hard work and belief in myself, to overcome many obstacles and get to a place where my capacity is full and I can start to make decisions on the work I take and the work I turn down

We have major contracts for Pet Therapy within both public and private sectors, and are now known worldwide as pioneers in the field. I had no experience in my chosen business, but my love for animals combined with my passion for helping people, mental health and educating people about the origins, beauty and care of the exotic species, which I use in my presentations, have allowed me to create something unique and special. This means that my work is easy and my life experience is all that I need to be successful. Since 2013, with the national and worldwide exposure and recognition that my work has brought, the focus of the business has changed and I am a qualified and registered Animal Assisted Therapy Practitioner and therapist. I work, in combination with my animals, to provide holistic therapy solutions to those who may benefit (mainly in prisons and psychiatric hospitals). My goal and the goal of Critterish Allsorts : "to make animal assisted therapy a mainstream reco
