Lukasz Czapiewski

I am the founder of CNC Pro Solutions, a West Midlands-based engineering business supporting manufacturers with CNC training, programming, process improvement and technical support. I have spent my career in manufacturing, working directly with CNC machines, production teams and engineers. What drives me is solving practical problems and helping people become more capable and confident in their work. I started CNC Pro Solutions because I saw a gap between supplying machinery or software and actually helping manufacturers get the best from what they already have. My approach is practical and hands-on, working alongside operators, setters, programmers and management teams to improve processes, develop skills and solve problems on the shop floor. Since launching the business in 2026, I have supported manufacturers across the UK with CNC training, complex programming, machine commissioning, process development and wider operational improvements. I am particularly passionate about developing people and sharing knowledge. My aim is always to leave a business stronger, more capable and more independent than when I arrived.
