Leadership: I leads CEL Group, which provides offshore manufacturing advantages (primarily in China) to UK Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
Business Expansion: Under my direction, the company relocated to a purpose-built 40,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Hortonwood West in 2022, a move facilitated by the Telford Land Deal.
Industry Recognition: I guided the company to become a finalist for the Shropshire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards in 2019, 2023 and 2024, specifically in categories like "Excellence in Manufacturing and Engineering". CEL Group has now been shortlisted in the West Midlands Growth Award for Outstanding Business Growth £10M + category and also as the Outstanding Business Growth Leader category.
Expertise: I frequently speaks on topics such as sustainable manufacturing, budget planning and managing global supply chains.
