About Nick

It's almost six years since I joined Caudwell Children, and I can honestly say that the Charity has changed my whole perspective. Seeing first-hand the difference that our services have on the children and families we support is a true driver for me, and facilitating the team to develop and improve our services is what keeps me here. It's really important to me that the team here feel able to be creative, reactive to the needs of our families, and feel that they are really making a difference. My role is to enable that, to encourage development and manage change in a controlled and sustainable way. The Charity environment is challenging from a financial perspective, and we always feel constrained in what we want to achieve - there is always more we could do, but nevertheless, the impact that the team has is enormous, and makes me proud.
