Passionate and experienced in empowering vulnerable young people to create positive futures. After seeing first hand the impact physical activity plays in supporting the development of disadvantaged people. I have developed a diverse range of programmes utilising sport and education to have life changing benefits with people struggling to manage their mental health or at risk of offending behaviour. With over 9 years experience in sports management and building diverse partnerships in order to offer sport for social change, I have successfully developed and implemented unique approaches to utilising boxing-based education and mentoring programmes for tackling social issues and developing impactful and multi award winning programmes in Shropshire Telford and Wrekin. https://www.brightstarboxing.
