With over four years of experience as a Managing Director at ANTA Education Ltd, I am passionate about delivering high-quality funded training to help job seekers into work. I hold an NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, and have a proven track record of growing and managing a successful training business in the staffing and recruiting industry. I am also the founder and director of ANTA Community Training CIC, a nonprofit community interest company that challenges stigmas and supports job seekers through training and education. I work closely with local employers to create opportunities and pathways for learners to access work. I have extensive skills and knowledge in sales, training delivery, business development, and recruiting, and I am always looking for new ways to make a difference in the community.
