I have been teaching yoga & mindfulness around the world for the past decade or so, currently based in the Midlands. I specialise in guiding women through their peri-menopause, menopause & post-menopause journey with yoga, meditation & mindfulness practices. I believe this life changing transition with the right guidance, support & by embracing unapologetically small self-care rituals can help women to create a life in which they are thriving, not just surviving. I believe it is possible to fall back in love with life again & feel better than ever. All you need space, time & a willingness to put yourself first, probably for the first time ever. With more than 13 million women in the UK experiencing some aspects & symptoms of the menopause & a large proportion of them (estimates are as high as 10%) leaving or loosing their jobs, the impact the menopause has is becoming important to businesses to consider. Did you know Women over the age of 50 are the fastest growing group in the workplace 3 out of 5, s 60% who experience menopause symptoms at work says it impacts their work 65% experience brain fog & problems concentrating 58% said they experience more stress 52% were less patient with their customers, clients or colleagues 30% took sick leave due to their symptoms.
