About Martin

I'm 39 years young, a proud stepdad to three amazing children and my little mate Alfred! I'm a massive Aston Villa fan (up the Villa! 💜💙) and a big lover of music. There's nothing better than good tunes, good company and having a laugh. Family is everything to me, and what drives me most is making sure they're happy, secure and have everything they need in life. That's always my biggest motivation. I'm known for being a happy, positive lad who loves a laugh and doesn't take life too seriously. Even when things aren't going to plan, I'll always try to find the positives. Life's too short to be miserable, and I believe there's always something to smile about!

Proudest achievements

One of my proudest achievements has to be building a business from scratch and watching it grow into what it is today. Starting with nothing and building a fantastic team of over 25 drivers, working with some wonderful clients and now moving over 8,000 HGVs every year is something I'm incredibly proud of.
It’s taken a lot of hard work, determination and plenty of ups and downs along the way, but seeing how far we've come makes it all worthwhile. I'm especially proud of the people who have been part of the journey, because without them, none of it would be possible!

In Martin's own words

As a Commercial Director at All Counties Truck Movements and All Counties Vehicle Logistics, I lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of two leading logistics companies. With over 2.5 years of experience in this role, I have successfully managed large-scale projects, optimized supply chain efficiency, and ensured customer satisfaction. Prior to this, I worked as an Operations Director at ACV Logistics, where I oversaw daily operations and implemented process improvements. I also have experience as a Sector Sales Engineer - Manufacturing at Aggreko, where I developed and maintained strong relationships with clients and generated new business opportunities. My skills include personal financial planning, investments, and retirement savings, which I leverage to make informed decisions for the company's financial growth and stability. I am passionate about delivering high-quality services and driving business success.
