In Stephen's own words

I have to admit I am not very good at using LinkedIn, but if I can be of any help or someone wants a chat, please get in touch via twitter or other means. I have been successful in many different career paths. Now I'm living the dream as a full time Hockey coach! "Positivity breeds positivity, become infectious"

It tells Stephen that the work has been seen, that it matters, and that people are proud of it. For a nominee, that can be the moment that makes the whole year.
