Logik Vorsprung operates as an agile, high-execution unit with zero corporate bloat. Core systems architecture, full-stack engineering, and database infrastructure are designed and built directly by founder Oscar Mahtani, with client rollout operations, onboarding coordination, and partner management anchored by operational right hand Jodie Jones. Rather than hiding behind account managers and layers of overhead, we work directly alongside our founding partners—testing on the salon floor with collectives like ALS and on the front lines with regional trades like Ain't That Clean. It is a focused team built on rapid turnaround, technical craft, and dedicated support for the independent operators powering our communities.

The journey began with 15 years on the front lines of hospitality and physical trade industries, experiencing first-hand how broken legacy software, admin overload, and double-bookings drain small business owners. Backing myself with personal savings, I initially explored a traditional trade venture before recognizing a much larger mission: independent businesses needed modern, automated technology built by someone who actually understood their day-to-day operations. Over an intensive nine-month R&D sprint, I mastered modern AI-accelerated development to write enterprise-level software as a solo founder. What began as a personal pivot quickly expanded into an audited portfolio of over 20 proprietary software assets. In four weeks, we engineered and deployed a complete multi-tenant booking and payment ecosystem for ALS Collective, rapidly followed by our nationwide booking platform MINT'D. The journey has been driven by long development hours, continuous self-funded execution, and the belief that world-class tech can be engineered right here in Staffordshire without outside venture capital.
