Zeckro Web Solutions is a Wolverhampton-based digital marketing and web development agency helping businesses turn their online presence into genuine opportunities for growth. We bring together website design and development, SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, paid advertising, social media, branding, hosting and website security. Rather than treating each service in isolation, we look at how everything works together: helping a business get found, build trust, generate enquiries and keep customers coming back. Our growing family of services includes My Web Pal, My Local Pal, My Reviews Pal, My Loyalty Pal and My Designer Pal. These make it easier for smaller businesses to access the digital tools, marketing expertise and ongoing support they need. What sets us apart is the relationship. We listen, explain things clearly and stay involved beyond the initial project. We don't believe success is simply launching a website or running an advert. It's helping the business behind it move forward.

I remain closely involved in strategy and client relationships, working with specialists and collaborators to deliver practical solutions and keep projects moving. We share a commitment to clear communication, technical quality and doing the right thing for clients. Our work often continues long after a website launches. From improving search visibility and running campaigns to maintaining websites and protecting them from security threats, that ongoing support is an important part of what we achieve together. I'm proud of the people who help make that possible. As Zeckro grows, my aim is to build a bigger team, develop new talent and create lasting employment opportunities locally.

I founded Zeckro Web Solutions in Wolverhampton in 2011, with the aim of making quality website development and digital marketing more accessible to businesses that needed a knowledgeable, dependable partner. The journey hasn't been about one big breakthrough. It's been years of learning, adapting and earning trust. Technology changes quickly, and running a small agency means balancing client work with the challenge of developing the business itself. That has taught me to stay curious, keep improving and never lose sight of what clients actually need. One important milestone was being named Web Design & Development Company of the Year in the West Midlands at the 2017 Corporate Vision Marketing, PR & Design Awards. Another was developing My Web Pal, which made ongoing website support and predictable costs central to our offering. Since then, I've worked to broaden Zeckro's services beyond websites into visibility, reputation, customer loyalty and branding. Serving as President of BNI Crystal also reinforced how much local businesses can achieve when they support one another. My next milestone is to turn this founder-led agency into a larger, sustainable business that creates jobs, develops talent and helps even more companies grow. I want our story to show what can be built from Wolverhampton with determination, good relationships and a genuine commitment to clients.
