Terry Maloney

• Building TMM from the ground up - One of my proudest achievements is building TMM from an electrical contracting business into a company delivering electrical, renewable energy, retrofit and construction services. It's taken years of hard work, determination and sacrifice, but I'm proud of what we've achieved.
• Being a husband and dad - My family will always be my greatest achievement. Balancing family life with running a business isn't easy, but they're my biggest motivation and the reason I keep pushing forward.
• Designing TMM OS and Retro Logik - I'm incredibly proud of designing TMM OS and Retro Logik, our own company operating system and mobile app. Coming from an electrical background with no formal software development experience, it's been a massive learning curve. Turning my ideas into working technology designed specifically around our business has been incredibly rewarding.
• Creating opportunities for others - Providing employment, supporting apprentices and helping others develop their skills and careers is something that means a lot to me.
• Never standing still - I'm proud that I've continued developing my skills, learning new things and pushing myself outside my comfort zone. I believe there's always room to improve, both personally and professionally.
• Receiving two award nominations - Being nominated for Construction Company of the Year and Electrical Contractor of the Year is a massive honour. Having our hard work recognised genuinely means a lot.
