Simon Rotheram

I build disciplined systems, at work and at home, so I can lead safely, grow intelligently, and create a legacy that lasts. I do that by developing people and building businesses through higher standards, personal ownership, and consistent execution. I have spent my adult life in arboriculture, gaining the education, training, and hands-on experience needed to run tree work as a professional, controlled operation. Before founding Beechwood, it was clear there was a gap in the market. Too few contractors consistently delivered quality safely, within budget, and to programme. In 1998, I established Beechwood Trees and Landscapes Ltd, a forward-thinking, customer service driven arboricultural contracting business. For more than 25 years we have achieved steady growth, delivering specialist tree surgery and vegetation management, including large scale site clearance using specialist machinery. We are based in Coventry and work across the Midlands and the UK. My role focuses on securing the right contracts for our teams of qualified arborists and tree surgeons, with additional capability across fencing and landscaping. I am focused on building a strong working environment where safety, welfare, and performance are non negotiable, while delivering clients a reliable and cost effective maintenance solution. Standards and accreditations achieved include: Arboricultural Association Approved Contractor status (2010) CHAS and Constructionline accreditation ISO 9001 Quality Management NH
